Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marbella (Málaga), Spain to resolve any dispute arising from this Legal Notice or from the use of this website, unless mandatory law requires a different forum (for example, under EU consumer protection rules which may entitle consumers to bring claims before courts in their country of residence).
